7 Day Morning Yoga Challenge
With Kassandra Reinhardt
If you’ve ever wanted to start and maintain a consistent morning yoga practice, this is the perfect series for you. Every morning you’ll have a new full length morning flow to wake you up and energize you for the day ahead. You’ll build strength, increase flexibility and reduce stress.
About your instructor
Kassandra is an Ottawa-based yoga instructor on a mission to help others feel great with yoga. She started practicing yoga in 2008 as a way to become more flexible and learn to manage stress and anxiety. Little did she know that in a few short years she would have the privilege of becoming a yoga teacher, passionately committed to sharing yoga with others who are sick of feeling less than vibrant.
Monday Morning Intention Setting Flow
Monday morning is your opportunity for a fresh start. Turning the page to a new week, by doing something nourishing, and good for physical, spiritual and emotional well-being. This flow will get the body moving in a way that feels really good, to feel strong, positive and empowered for the day ahead.
Tuesday Morning Yin Yoga
This is a passive yoga practice, where we will hold poses. These poses don’t require a lot of strength and effort, instead letting gravity do the work. A practice which will get in to the connective tissues and joints, to improve flexibility and support joint health.
Wednesday Morning Core Strength Flow
Get that boost of energy to get through the rest of the work week by firing up the core. This is a short but mighty practice.
Thursday Morning Flow for Lower Body Strength
Today we will work our glutes and lower body.
Friday Morning Hatha for Spine Health
This Hatha yoga class will help you have a healthy and strong spine.
Saturday Morning Full Body Flow
This is a full body practice. It will activate the core, get into the glutes and low body, and increase flexibility to feel great going in to the weekend.
Sunday Morning Full Body Yin
This is a restorative yin yoga practice for your lazy Sunday morning. Every pose in this class will be done laying down on your back, you could even do it in bed if you want to.
