This month’s calendar
These 10 – 15 min morning classes are a fusion of yoga and Pilates to help you start your day with an ideal mix of strength, balance, flexibility and mindfulness.
These classes are accessible to all levels with no previous Pilates (or yoga) experience required. You don’t need any props, just a yoga mat and a positive attitude!
30-day challenges are a wonderful way to practice discipline and establish healthy habits. Doing just a little bit of movement in the morning with mindful breathing can be a great way to set the tone for the day ahead.
We will end each class by drawing an affirmation card from my “I Radiate Joy” affirmation card deck. Each day of the week will have a different theme: hips & glutes, core, upper body, full body, spine & posture, lower body and deep stretch.
