About your instructor

Tesia is an active practitioner, student, and teacher of mindfulness and meditation. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2017 and has a Master’s in Counselling Psychology with a specialty in Mindfulness-based interventions in therapy.

Root & Sacral Chakra Meditation

15 minutes

This meditation is all about balancing the root and sacral chakra, located respectively at the base of the spine and and low belly.

Solar Plexus & Heart Chakra Meditation

15 minutes

This meditation focuses on unblocking the solar plexus chakra as well as the heart chakra. The solar plexus chakrais associated with ego, and the heart chakra is the center of love for oneself and others.

Throat & Third Eye Chakra Meditation

15 minutes

This video focuses on unblocking the throat chakra and third eye chakra. Both of these chakras enable us to speak and see the truth. We will be cultivating wisdom, honesty and authenticity.

Crown Chakra Meditation

20 minutes

In this video we will be balancing the crown chakra (at the top of the head). This chakra is responsible for connectivity, oneness, and a deep meaningful connection with our mind, body and spirit.

Anatta Meditation

20 minutes

This video focuses on the concept of Anatta (egolessness). Within this meditation we will create space between the self and the ego

It’s really important to understand that this is YOUR practice. So find what is most comfortable for you, to ease the body into a sustainable seat.
