Try my 60 min beginner yoga class for strength & flexibility Most of the classes I’ve been doing lately have been intermediate to advanced so I thought it’d be nice to do a beginner friendly flow! This hour long practice will help give any yoga beginners a chance to get familiar with some essential poses and learn how to only practice vinaysa yoga. We move in and out of the poses fairly slowly to build body awareness and improve balance. This class will help you improve overall strength and flexibility. I really enjoyed this class, as a beginner it really pushed me and I was proud of myself for hanging in there, can’t wait to do it again 💪
