Give yourself the opportunity to dive deep with Jermaine’s new yin yoga and affirmations class. The poses will take you through the chakras from root to crown for a well-balanced, full body practice. This is suitable for all levels and a block is recommended. If you don’t have a block, you can grab some cushions, pillows or thick blankets. Yin Yoga is a passive practice and each pose will be held for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
