Give yourself the opportunity to dive deep with Jermaine’s new yin yoga and affirmations class. The poses will take you through the chakras from root to crown for a well-balanced, full body practice. This is suitable for all levels and a block is recommended. If you don’t have a block, you can grab some cushions, pillows or thick blankets. Yin Yoga is a passive practice and each pose will be held for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!

I wasn’t able to relax with her talking literally nonstop for an hour. One of the most unenjoyable yin classes yet… disappointing. Jermaine seems like a great teacher who has no idea how to record a class.

Loved this one. Had a bad night with back pain radiating to my left hamstring. This class was the first in Kassandra’s July calendar so I thought I give it a try right in the morning. It was lovely. Loved your calm voice and meditative way of teaching. It really helped to ease my pain and to relax from the stress the pain causes. Thank you so much.

Felt good in my body afterwards but was annoyed during most of the class since she wouldn’t stop talking so I could say the affirmations or relax 🙁
