Hi everyone, thank you for joining me. This hour long yin yoga class is a lovely restorative practice to do when you want to unwind at the end of the day and prepare for a great night’s rest. This is a full body practice where we hold each pose for 3-5 minutes. I wanted to make this practice extra comfy and cozy so I’m using a bolster for most of the poses. Rest assured you can simply use bed pillows or couch cushions if you don’t own a bolster!
