This is a great class for intermediate students although beginners are welcome to follow along! If you are beginner you may just want to have a block or two nearby to make some of the poses more accessible.

    I enjoyed this practice, but did struggle to understand some of the poses due to slight poor sound quality which lead me to get into a bit of a muddle!
