Hi everyone, thank you for joining me today! I’m going to take you through this hour long intermediate vinyasa yoga class to revitalize, renew and relax. This is a lovely dynamic yoga class with a blend of hip openers, balancing poses, binds, twists and backbends with some sama vritti pranayama (box breathing) at the end before savasana.
No props are required and this is an intermediate yoga class. You guys have been asking me for more 60 minute intermediate yoga classes so I really hope you will enjoy this one!

Thank you, I found this challenging. It made me realise I need to build my upper body strength back up after being ill. Iβm going to work on that and revisit it. I still enjoyed it, love your longer sessions so thank you again.

I did this for the second time today, it is such a great balanced full body flow full of so many great challenges, I am getting better with the binds, listening to all of your guidance every step of the way. Feeling so great after this, thank you!
Thank you for adding a new hour-long flow! This has some great challenges with the twists. So nice to see the kitties! My dog loves it, too. He naps about 3 inches from the top of my mat every time.

Lovely all-round practice., I found a n hour too long. I am stronger than I thought I would be, I enjoyed the binds which I did successfully, balance poses still abit dodgy, and finally my Om s are getting louder and longer. Namaste

Oh it’s absolutely fine to have your heel lifted. Instead focus on keeping length in the spine and working hips down. Same as yogi squat

Hi Kassandra, I LOVED your 1hour long practice! My body feels really flexible & good now.ππ Just the music I really do not like π΅βπ« destructive somehowβ¦ especially the shavasana part π sorry, but I have to feedback this. π
I had to adapt some of the poses to a sore shoulder, so no binds for me today, but everything else felt so good. I ended in a seated meditation and have to say I especially enjoyed the music. It gave me this feeling of turning inwards into this wide, open space.

Just wonderful! I fell out of the down dog bind and realized that it is much easier to do this coming up from the ground. It is really the hardest thing to find your foot up in the air π

I adapted some of the stretches as it was the first time that I did some of them. It was fun and I surprised myself knowing how to do some of the harder poses.
