This is an intermediate level practice that requires the use of two blocks. This class will challenge you to use your body in new ways as you work on stability, mobility, flexibility and balance.
Rest assured that even though the primary focus of this class is on the lower body, there will be plenty of opportunity to target the back, chest and arms. Have fun and enjoy!
