Stretch out your hips, shoulders, hamstrings and low back with this lovely sequence that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and comfortable in your own body. This is a great class to do regularly if you’re trying to improve flexibility and mobility in your joints. You will need a block for this practice and a blanket is optional but nice to have.

Wonderful practice. When I do it again, I will add music. Some of the yin classes have music and some don’t. I find it helpful to have soothing background music to help me relax and keep with my breath on some of the more intense poses.
Definitely one todo over and over again. I played some lovely soothing classical music whike doing this which really helped me to relax. 🙏🏻

I prefer these videos without background music, I usually find it irritating or distracting. But I practice around dawn, so I get great birdsong as the sun comes up
