Hi everyone, thanks for joining me. I’ve finally gotten around to doing one of my most heavily requested classes ever, an hour long minimal cues yoga class! This intermediate vinyasa flow practice is a lovely way to turn inwards and practice mindfulness as we work on strength, balance and flexibility.
I won’t be talking much in this class which gives you the opportunity to listen to your body and really connect with your practice in a deeper way. I’m not using any props for this practice but you can certainly have some close by.
There are quite a few fun challenges in this 60 minute intermediate yoga class so remember to just breathe and not take yourself too seriously. We’ll end our class with lots of yummy hip openers to stretch deeply and improve flexibility.

Always love the minimal cues classes! 60mins is always challenging for me to fit in because I work FT and a single mama of 2 littles but I really enjoyed this class. Son is home sick so since I had to stay home from work I decided to prioritize myself while he played on his tablet.

I like these flows. Some poses are challenging because of the length that you hold them and I like that.
Slow is often harder!
This is the PERFECT flow for Fall. 🍂 I’ve already done it twice and love it! I’m still working on bakasana, but otherwise the class was all at my ability level with some welcomed challenges. Thank you so much, Kassandra, for this—it was truly a lovely, quieting, calmative, “inner” flow. 😘🙏

I used this one hour practice with minimal cues just as a measure for my own progress and I was very pleased that I could do 99% of the postures. I wouldn’t want to practice too often without your teaching though 😍

I finally did Bakasana just now and held it almost the full length of the pose!!! 😆🙌👏 It took practicing with you since March 2020 to get here, while revisiting the pose every so often, and here I am! I surprised myself with this practice, I really enjoyed it. The pace was just right. I did it with ankle and wrist weights thinking i wouldnt complete it with them on but i managed to pull it off. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely do this again soon

The 30 min Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga – MINIMAL CUES class which is done outside has no music. Just the ambient birds in the background.
Pain amd mental stress brought me to the mat this morning. I leave feeling refreshed and calm and more comfortable in my body. The music helps me to relax and brings me back to where i need to be right now. Thank you as always Kassandra. Namaste 💜
