Welcome to Day 5 of the Morning Yoga Movement Challenge! This is a 10 minute morning yoga full body stretch routine. For today’s full body stretch we will start laying down with some gentle movement to notice any areas where you are holding tension. As you make your way up, work through some wide legged poses (goddess, skandasana, and forward folds). Today’s affirmation: I am a money magnet
