Overview

Hi everyone, I’ve got a new 10 minute morning yoga flow for you and this will really help you stretch your entire body from head to toe. This is a great routine to do every single day to improve flexibility and get a boost of energy.

No props are needed and we’ll go through poses like butterfly, downward dog, chair pose, low lunge, half splits and child’s pose. I’d say this is an all levels practice.
