We’ll explore some fun poses to get you out of your comfort zone and play with balance. This sequence will relieve aches, pains and stiffness that are so common in the morning. No props needed! If you have flexibility goals, this is a great class to do on a regular basis to improve hip and hamstring mobility as well as deeper backbends and shoulder flexibility.
