Hey yogis, you guys asked so here it is! I’ve got a new 10 minute slow flow full body stretch yoga class for you. This is a wonderful way to stretch our sore or stiff muscles first thing in the morning or as a way to wind down at night. If you have flexibility goals, this is a great class to do on a regular basis to improve hip and hamstring mobility as well as deeper backbends and shoulder flexibility.
