Welcome to Day 13 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight we’re going to relax with a slow vinyasa flow stretch for flexibility and peace of mind. This class includes some of my favorite bedtime yoga poses. You don’t need any props and it is suitable for all levels. We’ll go through poses like butterfly fold, seated cat/cow, calf stretches, 3 legged dog, low lunge and thread the needle.
