Welcome to Day 21 of the Evening Yoga Movement! We are now at the end of our 3rd week together. Tonight’s 15 minute bedtime yoga flow is specifically designed to nurture your hips and lower back. This is wonderful for those of you with lower body tightness and tension as well as sciatica pain. These are gentle stretches that include seated pigeon, twisted low lunge and seated twists.
