Welcome to Day 23 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight we’ll stretch from head to toe as a way to release tightness and tension from our joints and muscles. We’ll begin with some standing forward folds like ragdoll and wide legged fold before getting low to the ground with broken wing pose and child’s pose. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required.
