Overview

Welcome to our Monday morning yoga practice, the first one in this 7 day yoga & meditation challenge! This morning I’ll take you through a simple morning flow to help stretch and wake up your entire body. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. It’s just a simple and yummy stretch.

I’ll take you through poses like reclined pigeon, bridge, cat/cow, downward dog, sphinx and seated neck releases. Please follow this up with our Monday morning 5 minute affirmation meditation to get the full benefits of the practice.
