Good morning everyone, welcome to my channel! I’m going to take you through an energizing 15 minute morning yoga stretch to help wake you up and set your intention for the day. This vinyasa practice incorporates some yummy hip stretches, some standing balancing poses and some twists to help you feel good and begin your day with energy.
No props are required and I’d say this is best suited for intermediate students but beginners are more than welcome to give it a go as well. Leave out or modify whatever you need to. Morning yoga is a great way to set the tone for the day ahead and to carve out time for yourself before the day gets away from you.
