Hi everyone, thanks for joining me on the mat this morning! I’m back with a Pilates sculpt class that will target your abs and glutes. It’s short, but believe me, it’s powerful! This is an intermediate sequence that will utilize both classical Pilates movements as well as contemporary “sculpt” movements. No props are required and this is a fully reclined sequence.
We will play with variations of scissors (single straight leg stretch), shoulder bridge, clamshells, hip circles and side teasers. Enjoy!
