Welcome to Day 29 of the Evening Yoga Movement! We’re almost at the end… How are you feeling? Tonight our main focus is on our lower body, mainly our hips and hamstrings. We’ll do a seated sequence to target your glutes, hamstrings and IT band with poses like seated pigeon, deer and square. No props needed and suitable for all levels. I’ll give you some options if square pose is a bit too intense!
