Overview

By popular demand, here’s a brand new minimal cues yoga class! This is an all levels yoga class that focuses primarily on stretching and increasing flexibility, although we will have a few poses for strength and balance as well. The idea is to create space and expansion in the body while moving in silence so we can bring the focus inward.

This sequence is suitable for all levels but since I don’t give alignment cues, students should be familiar enough with the poses to do them safely at home. No props are required and we are in each pose for 3-5 breaths.
