Hey everyone, I’ve got a great 30 minute yoga class for you today. This is a challenging intermediate vinyasa flow practice that will help you increase flexibility, work on balance, develop your strength and test your stamina. It’s a well-balanced class that’s got a bit of everything.
You can expect poses like tiger, half moon, chair, dancer’s pose, bridge and many more. We’ll begin standing up before getting into our flows. Leave out whatever doesn’t work for you and remember, yoga is about the journey, NOT the destination. Be mindful of your internal dialogue as we flow.

I love how you mix strength poses with stretching poses. Your classes are so intuitive that sometimes i find myself going into the next pose before you even call it out.
