Hi everyone, thank you for joining me this morning. I’m excited to take you through a YOGALATES practice which means we will be combining yoga poses and Pilates exercises for a great morning class. This is an intermediate level class but rest assured you don’t need any prior Pilates experience to follow along. We will work on strength, balance and flexibility by weaving yoga poses and classical Pilates movements in this 30 minute yogalates class.
If you’ve never tried Pilates before, this can be a fun way to give it a go and see if it might be something you’d like to do more of. Enjoy!
