This is an all levels class that will use two blocks. While many of the poses and movements are reminiscent of a traditional yoga practice, you’ll notice some key differences in the execution and flow of this mobility class.
Rest assured that even though the primary focus is on the upper body, there will be plenty of opportunity to target the hips and legs as well.
