Annamaya Kosha:
This is the first class in a 5 part series exploring the 5 Koshas (sheaths or layers of our being): physical, energetic, mental, intuitive and bliss layers. We move from gross to subtle in this series and in this series with cultivate awareness, balance and connection to the Annamaya Kosha ~ our physical layer to feel grounded and at ease.
Flow through a 40 minute practice that weaves mantra, mudra, asana and meditation to tap into the physical layer of the annamaya kosha. This is a grounding lower body flow suitable for all levels.
