Welcome to the 2nd class in this 5 class series exploring the koshas (sheats or layers of being). Today’s practice aims to connect with the Pranayama Kosha ~ our energetic/vital force layer to support vitality, resilience, and inner steadiness.
We will use various modalities such as mantra, mudra, pranayama, meditation and asana in order to bring awareness to this kosha. Have a few blocks handy and enjoy this all-levels full body practice.
