I’m much better now but every now and then restlessness creeps up on me and when it does, I turn to yoga to help. This sequence is a gentle hatha practice that will incorporate some easy hip openers and forward folds to soothe a busy mind and a restless body. Melt away tension and get ready for a deep night sleep. No props required but you can always grab a few pillows and blankets to get extra cozy.
