Overview

Good morning everyone! Welcome to Day 1 of my newest 30-day challenge. This morning I’ll take you through a 15 minute morning practice that will combine yoga & Pilates to work on your hips and glutes. This is suitable for all experience levels and we’ll begin lying down on our backs with half happy baby pose. We’ll start with some gentle stretches before working on strength with glute bridges.
