Good morning everyone! Welcome to Day 13 of the 30-day yoga and Pilates morning challenge. This class is all about your lower body, so most of the poses will be working on your hips, quads and hamstrings. There’s a good mix of strength and stretch in this flow and it’s suitable for all experience levels, no props required. Enjoy!
