Good morning everyone, this is day 16 of the 30-day yogalates challenge. This morning I’ll take you through a 10 minute morning practice that will combine yoga & Pilates to work on your core. Strengthening our abs can be a wonderful way to alleviate low back pain and wake us up in the morning. We’ll end with a few hip stretches and a seated neck release. Enjoy!
