Good morning everyone! Welcome to Day 19 of this 30-day Yogalates challenge. This morning’s class focuses on our spine and posture. We will work on strengthening the muscles along our back and also tap into a bit of core strength as that plays a big part in developing proper posture. This class has a good mix of reclined, seated and standing poses to create a well-balanced sequence. Enjoy!
