Good morning everyone! Welcome to Day 20 of the 30-day yoga and Pilates morning challenge. This class is all about your lower body, starting with some reclined stretches before moving on to our standing flows. There’s a good mix of strength and stretch in this flow and it’s suitable for all experience levels, no props required. Enjoy!
