Good morning everyone, welcome to day 28 of this 30-day morning yogalates challenge. We’ll take it nice and slow today with a gentle full body stretch. This is mostly yoga with just a little bit of Pilates thrown in. This is great to release tension from your body and increase overall flexibility. Enjoy!
