Good morning everyone! Welcome to Day 3 of my newest 30-day challenge. This morning I’ll take you through a 15 minute morning practice that will combine yoga & Pilates to work on upper body strength. You will definitely feel a shoulder and arm burn is this class! Don’t worry, I’ll also include some nice upper body stretches as well. No props needed but if you want an extra boost of strength you could do the arm sequence with small weights. Enjoy.
