Welcome to Day 3 of our morning yoga challenge! I’m going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being SILENCE. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like puppy, downward dog, high lunge and seated pigeon pose.

The “Flexible Body, Flexible Mind” 30 day morning yoga challenge is designed to help you stretch on and off the mat. This is a free yoga challenge suitable for all levels with no props required.
