yes. really enjoyed th8s although i will never be able to do a couple of those poses. Appreciate the challenge and a bit more intensity.
Great practice and loved it! Some of the poses were a challenge and I am determined to learn them.
Haven’t done this class for a while and totally forgot that this is a very fast flow. Great challenge always.
