Hey everyone, I’m back with a brand new live yoga class! Let’s flow and breathe together at 2pm EST on November 3rd. Rest assured this class will be available to watch afterwards so no worries if you can’t join us.
This will be a relaxing slow flow stretch for flexibility and balance. Expect a few challenges along the way but I’ll try to keep this “all levels” as much as possible. Have 2 blocks with you and this session should be 30-45 min long. Looking forward to it!
