Hey everyone, welcome back! I’m going to take you through this simple 10 minute sequence meant to replace that second cup of coffee in your mid-afternoon slump. This midday reset is a short but effective class to help you stretch from head to toe and get a boost of energy.
This is an all levels class with no props required. This class starts with breath of joy pranayama – my absolute favorite way to get revitalized! Afterwards we’ll go through poses like tree pose, high lunge, lizard and child’s pose.
