Namaste yogis, the first part of this Lunar Yoga series is a New Moon Yin Yoga pracitce. As we learned in the orientation video, everything begins in the darkness of the new moon. This is your opportunity to slow down and tune in to your intuition and inner voice. This will be a gentle yin yoga practice to honor your well-being and to help you set an intention for the rest of the month. You’ll need two blocks for this class and you may want to have a journal close by as well.
