Overview

In this 45 minute full body practice I’ll take you through Pilates strength exercises. And then follow each sequence with some deep stretches. Start standing, and then work through some of the key postures and setups.

This class is a great culmination of the Pilates program, putting what you’ve learned together in one full length class.
