Hi everyone, thanks for joining me. I’m going to take you through this 30 minute yoga class for flexibility and relaxation. This is a soothing yoga class to help you relax and stretch your body, great for all experience levels and we will be using one block.

We’ll also be doing box breath (sama vritti pranayama) towards the end of the class to help calm the mind. If you’ve felt tight in your body and stressed or anxious in your mind, this class will hopefully bring you some relief.
