Somebody pinch me!!! I have my very own guided yoga journal and affirmation card deck coming out on January 3rd. 😭😭😭 When I tell you this is a dream come true, I’m not exaggerating! In fact, a year and a half ago I even released a limited edition gift set which included a journal and affirmation cards. They took me 3 years to create and while they turned out great, it was an insanely difficult and costly process. Trying to navigate designers, printers and distributers was a bit of a nightmare so even though I was proud of myself for accomplishing it, I definitely didn’t get the result I wanted and felt super bummed out by the process.
Just when I thought I should give up and that product creation just wasn’t going to be in the cards for me, Insight Editions reached out and asked if I’d collaborate with them on a new book (Year of Yoga) and some products… including a journal and an affirmation deck!!! I couldn’t believe it… I think opportunities like that only show up for you when you’re ready for them, and I was SO ready!

“I Radiate Joy” is a beautiful deck of affirmation cards themed around health, broken down into 4 suits: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. B now you guys know I’m a deep lover of affirmations and use them for both yoga and meditation.
