Hi everyone, thank you for joining me! This week’s class is a bit different. This is a 10 minute standing sequence that’s ideal to do when you’re traveling or in a hotel room. If you don’t have a yoga mat or props on hand and you don’t want to touch the hotel room carpet, you can instead do this 10 minute standing yoga sequence for a dose of stretch and strength. This is suitable for all levels and will have some balancing poses as well as poses for strength and flexibility. Enjoy!
