A beginner yoga flow to build strength and flexibility in 20 minutes Hi everyone, I recently realized that a lot of the classes on my channel were more appropriate for intermediate or advanced students and I’d like to change that! Here is a short 20 minute practice that is great for those of you who are newer to yoga and want to work on the basics. My cats make a guest appearance as well ๐Ÿ˜‰ We cover a lot of the foundational poses of yoga in this class such as table top, downward dog, cobra, chair, warrior 2, low lunge and more. It’s a well rounded class that will help you increase flexibility, relieve stress and develop full body strength.
