A 40 min full body flexibility flow for dancers and gymnasts Hi everyone, this 40 minute class is perfect for dancers or anyone who is serious about gaining flexibility. This is an intermediate to advanced class so some flexibility is already required. We will play with quad stretches, splits, deep hip openers and lots of fun backbends.
