Athletes – this one’s for you! This week’s class is a class that focuses on the lower body and is ideal for soccer players. We’ll target the hips, knees and ankles by working on quads, adductors and calves. This is great for injury prevention and to stretch out overworked muscles. Even if you’re not a soccer player, this is a great 15 min yoga class to stretch and strengthen your lower body. This would be an excellent flow to do as a warm up before a workout or to do on cross training days. No props necessary and great for all levels!

Glad I did this one a bit later on in the morning. Liked the isolation of muscle focus for a change, but (maybe due to target group?) this video came across as a bit rushed towards the end.
A new favorite!
My word today is tenderness. Thank you ppreciated this practice, the length was great! ❤️
this flet grear! I’m glad this was included in the monthly calendar because i would not have chosen it based on the soccer title.
Need more practices like this one!
Short routine but an excellent strengthening exercise for the various leg muscles and joints!
I would like to see one of these for cyclists. Soccer and cycling aren’t the same, but I thought I would give this a try after a 25 mile ride. Tree pose and the abducting squats were challenging.
Me too!!
