Travelling is great but being cooped up in a plane is not! Move your body and get a great stretch with this short class that will leave you feeling energized and rejuvenated after a long flight. This is an all levels class with no props required so you can jump right into it! This is my personal post-flight practice so I hope you will like it as much as I do 🙂 It combines some of my favorite poses of all time like pigeon, low lunge, three legged dog and a wide legged forward fold.
