This is a short class that packs quite a punch by targeting the glutes and hamstrings. This is an intermediate to advanced class as we flow quickly through our transitions and challenge our strength and balance. We will play with poses like crescent lunge, swan pose, standing splits, chair pose and pigeon! This is great for those of you who are looking to strengthen and tone your glutes and give your upper body a bit more of a break.
